Program Details:
- 190 hours of paid training
- Classroom setting with hands-on training, field trips to local training centers, and a small group construction project
- Receive a set of hand tools and safety equipment
Oswego Build’s Application Process:
- Attend Information session
- Call 315-591-9000 to sign up for an information session. Space is limited!
- Take a basic Math/Reading Assessment
- Apply to Oswego Build
- Participate in an Interview Panel
- Attend an HR/Payroll Orientation
- Pathway Training Program Starts July 2026!
- Evening training held at OCWNY Career Center in Fulton with field trips to local union training centers
