About Oswego Build

Oswego Build is an initiative designed to build opportunities for Oswego County residents in the field of construction and union trades, serving as a partnership for the growth of the local economy.  Oswego County’s Workforce Development team connected resources to launch Oswego Build Pathways to Apprenticeship, a paid training program.

The Pathways to Apprenticeship paid training program aims to equip the local workforce with the skills needed to meet the increasing demand in the union trades. Oswego Build, an initiative of Oswego County Workforce New York, is part of a regional effort to enhance work readiness through pre-apprenticeship training. Participants will gain hands-on experience and learn essential skills, setting them up for successful careers in the trades.
