Career Employment Services
Through our common commitment to excellence, Career Employment Services strives to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their maximum potential in the most integrated work and living settings possible. We endeavor to provide service and support of the highest quality to promote growth, independence and positive self-esteem for those with disabilities.
Through participation with Career Employment Services, employers can benefit by having the opportunity to fill usually high turn-over positions with employees who are trained, motivated, reliable and productive.
OFFERINGS
PRE-SCREENING:
C.E.S. analyzes the required job duties and matches these with a capable worker.
INITIAL TRAINING:
C.E.S. systematically instructs employees until your company’s standards are met.
LONG-TERM, CONTINUAL SUPPORT:
C.E.S. continually follows-up on the employees in its programs to ensure quality performance and employer satisfaction.
FINANCIAL SAVINGS:
C.E.S. will assist participating employers in applying for all appropriate and available financial incentives.

Mexico Career Center
We help community members access the tools needed to manage their careers through information and high quality services. Job seekers can assess their current skill levels, get help with resumes and get job referrals. Individuals already employed can use our services to advance their careers or change jobs.
