Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP)

The Summer Youth Employment Program is 6 to 8 weeks of paid employment during the summer months for eligible youth age 14 – 20. Youth are placed at local worksites throughout the county.

Applications for the 2026 Summer Youth Employment Program are now available. Download and complete the application, stop into our office at 200 N. 2nd Street, Fulton, NY 13069 for a paper copy or call us at 315-591-9000 to request a copy to be mailed to you.

Applications can be submitted by email to ocwny@oswegocountyny.gov OR by mail to Oswego County Workforce NY, 200 N. 2nd Street, Fulton, NY 13069 OR by fax to 315-591-9047.

Deadline to apply is Friday 5/29/2026. No applications will be considered after this date.
